region. You will be asked to answer some optional questions; however, these need
not be answered in order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes, nor will answering

Corporation Privacy Policy .
Cookies need not be enabled to enter. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. PST on March 1, 2002 and ends at 11:59 a.m. PST April 5, 2002. All
winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entrants approximately April 8, 2002.
3) RESTRICTIONS: Each entrant is eligible to submit only one entry
and no more than one person may participate using the same e-mail address. You
may, however, forward the sweepstakes message to up to five people. For each
valid email address you forward the message to, you will have your name added to
the sweepstakes one additional time. Fujitsu PC Corporation is not
responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions
and/or network connections. Fujitsu PC Corporation is not responsible for any
inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Sweepstakes, or for any
technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, including
data entered by entrants. Fujitsu PC Corporation reserves the
right to discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time. Fujitsu PC Corporation is not
responsible for misdirected entries or if entries are received late or
incomplete.
Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail
address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is
defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet
Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g.,
business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
4) PRIZES: The grand prize is a P-2040 (FPCM02007) notebook. Approximate retail
value is $1499.00. The five additional prizes include three Codi carrying cases
(FPCCC02), each valued at $99.00, and two $25 gift certificates from Amazon.com.
Prizes will be awarded only upon winner validation and verification by Fujitsu
PC Corporation. Taxes, fees and all other charges, if any, are the sole
responsibility of winner. Winners will not be responsible for shipping charges.
5) NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE(S): Winners will be notified by email,
regular mail or phone at Fujitsu’s discretion, and will be required to sign
and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release within
thirty (30) days of notification where permitted by law. The
Affidavit of Eligibility and (unless prohibited) Publicity/Liability Release
must be executed and returned by each potential winner within 21 days after such
documents are sent to the address provided by such a potential winner. Failure
of a potential winner to complete, sign and return any requested documents to
Fujitsu PC Corporation, at the address listed below, within such period
or the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in
disqualification and selection of an alternate winner in Fujitsu PC
Corporation's discretion. You are not a winner unless your submissions are
verified. The information in winner's Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct
and must mirror the information provided in winner's entry or winner is

If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to
return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required, or if the Prize
Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. If
prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner will be selected. By participating, a
winner, except where prohibited by law, grants Fujitsu PC Corporation the right
to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice,
biographical information and written submissions and written or oral statements,
for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless
required by law. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is
permitted except by Fujitsu PC Corporation. Fujitsu PC Corporation reserves the
right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value if
advertised prize is not available.
6) ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United
States, who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Winner must
be eighteen (18) years of age or older to be eligible to win. Void in New York,
Florida, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, and in any state where prohibited by
law. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Fujitsu PC
Corporation and their immediate family members are not eligible.
7) CONDUCT: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these
Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes Site
throughout the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions
of Fujitsu PC Corporation which shall be final and binding in all
respects. Fujitsu PC Corporation reserves the right at its sole discretion to
disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry
process or the operation of the game or website; violates the Official Rules; or
acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY
OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH
AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, FUJITSU PC CORPORATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES
FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Fujitsu PC Corporation is not responsible for any
incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any
of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes
or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of
submissions in the Sweepstakes. Fujitsu PC Corporation assumes no responsibility
for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized
access to, or alteration of, entries. Fujitsu PC Corporation is not responsible
for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software,
failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including
injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or
resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If,
for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,
technical failures due to equipment failure, Y2K or other causes, or any other
causes beyond the control of the Fujitsu PC Corporation which corrupt or affect
the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
Sweepstakes, the Fujitsu PC Corporation reserves the right at its
sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. This
Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and
local laws and regulations apply.
